Cancellation

Cancellations require at least 4-hour notice prior to your set appointment time to avoid fees.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
